But the quality of art reproductions is not. Either the prints faithfully reproduce the original and last a lifetime or not. That is why we put so much energy, expertise and care into printing quality reproductions for our clients. We understand the inspiration and hard work they put into creating their paintings, illustrations or photographic images. Consistently, we match that with commitment to understanding our clients' requirements and attention to the details that deliver superior results.

More precisely, though, what does "quality" really mean when it comes to art reproductions and photographic printing? For us, and for our many repeat clients, it means prints on canvas or paper that exceed their expectations. That is because our printmaking process consistently yields a stirring, long lasting museum-quality image. Every order is handled by our professional, knowledgeable technicians and service representatives.

But there's more than just the Giclee printmaking process and a great staff involved with our commitment to quality. There are material and equipment choices. We employ Epson printers, the standard that all other printer manufacturers use for comparison. Our water soluble pigment inks are also top quality Epson products. All are new, not refilled, cartridges. The printers and materials are housed in a climate controlled environment. Only the best canvas and fine art papers are selected, products designed for consistent performance and long life. We currently have one canvas that requires coating after printing, the Epson Exhibition Natural Matte. This canvas was chosen for its color fidelity and color fastness qualities, but also so we have one offering that can be custom textured and coated to your specifications. We have discovered in the last couple of years that Breathing Color provides excellent canvas that does not require coating, has great and lasting color along with UV protection and scratch resistance. This represents huge cost savings to you without compromising quality. When we coat we use a proprietary coating blend that provides the protection required for long life and shows a semi-gloss finish, neither too matte nor too glossy. Our stretching equipment for canvases gives consistent tension which aids with long life and gives a pleasing appearance.

A third element of our quality commitment is client care. We go out of our way to make sure we understand your requirements. If your image is not faithfully reproduced, we will make it right with our quality of work guarantee. Those new to Giclee reproduction will receive personal attention to guide them through the language and technology for a great outcome the first time. We will make it as quick and easy to work with us as possible. That also means no hidden charges, no minimum orders, and no set up charges, but a simple ordering process, fast delivery, and incredibly low prices.
